Neuronal Dynamics: from Complexity to Simplicity

An analytical study is performed to obtain the phase description of a network Leaky Integrate-and-Fire (LIF) neurons. We start by discussing behaviour single LIF neuron in presence constant current and then derive corresponding oscillator model for some parameters setup. In case two identical neurons where interactions are ruled weak pulse input, we determine expression response curve. Next, extend reduction principles generic N networks The final so-called oscillators widely used synchronization many natural systems. Through numerical simulations, find an agreement between model.
